Class A CDL Petroleum Transport Driver – Phoenix, AZ

Transport and/or Tankwagon Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of gasoline, diesel and other refined petroleum products to regional commercial customers. The Transport and/or Tankwagon Driver is responsible for all aspects of safely driving and operating a tank truck and trailer in compliance with all company safety standards, industry guidelines, and all relevant federal, state and local laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED; college, technical / trade school education is desired.
  • Current valid Commercial Driver’s License, with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required, Double/Triple endorsement a plus.
  • 2 years of professional truck driving experience, as well as experience related to petroleum trucking and loading and unloading petroleum, or similar relevant experience is strongly desired.
  • Clean driving record (not more than 3 violations and no DUI accidents in past 3 years).
  • Pass DOT drug and alcohol screening, DOT physical, 10 year FMCSA employment and safety background and 7 year criminal background check.

Delivery of petroleum products, chemicals, petrochemicals, in cargo tanks, drums, pails, cases and totes between points in Arizona.  Responsible for all aspects of safely driving and operating a commercial vehicle in compliance with all company safety standards, industry guidelines, and all relevant federal, state and local laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED; college, technical / trade school education is desired.

Accounts Payable Specialist - Phoenix, AZ

TITLE:  Accounts Payable Specialist
STATUS:  Permanent, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY:  $18 – $22/hour, Commensurate w/ Experience, eligible for Annual Performance Bonus Program

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  The duties and responsibilities of the accounts payable specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the full cycle of payables with high attention to detail.
  • Analyze and G/L code company vendor invoices. Includes matching supporting documents, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, and customer invoices.
  • Communicate with company personnel to solve invoice discrepancies.
  • Data entry of vendor invoices, and pay coordinating purchase orders and bills of lading.
  • Maintain vendor accounts, including W-9’s and 1099 information.
  • Process weekly check runs; match appropriate invoices and back-up to checks.
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Reconcile A/P Dispute and Miscellaneous Receivables G/L accounts. Resolve discrepancies, communicate to Asst. Controller any unresolved discrepancies.
  • Maintain positive vendor relationships.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve company, processes, systems and application knowledge.
  • Various other projects to support the Accounting Team.

Qualifications or Skills Required:

  • Degree in accounting is a definite plus; or at a minimum possesses a general knowledge of accounting principles and practices along with at least two years’ experience in a payables or accounting position.
  • Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word, Excel, and computerized accounting systems.
  • Possess good mathematical and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, detailed oriented and a willingness to take ownership and follow through.
  • Must work well under pressure to insure that all processing is performed within the required time frames.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and proven record of dependability are essential.
  • Willingness to accept other additional responsibilities as requested.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new processes and new technology.

Warehouse Associate - Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV

STATUS:  Permanent, Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY:  Commensurate w/ Experience

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time safety-sensitive position (approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime when needed), and is a vital member of the Operations team at Senergy Petroleum providing support to the distribution process.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  The duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive a propane forklift, loading, unloading products into and out of the warehouse, onto and off of trucks. This also may be done by hand, or by using other tools, such as pallet jacks, carton dollies or drum dollies.
  • Handle will-call customers, for package and bulk petroleum products with prompt greeting and exceptional customer service.
  • Safely and efficiently transfer fuels and lubricants into and out of bulk storage. This includes repackaging into drums, totes, pails and quarter drums.
  • Properly store and stack package goods in and around the warehouse.
  • Monthly inventory counting on all products, bulk and package.
  • Continuous cleaning of the facility, to include but not limited to petroleum product drips, minor spills and spill basins. Regular sweeping of containments, truck wells and warehouse.
  • Make deliveries of drums, pails, etc. to customers, with a company pick-up truck, if needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of loaned equipment, such as fuel or oil tanks, pumps, vents, etc. for delivery to the customers.
  • Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople, employees and customer
  • Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate
  • Weighing and counting items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company
  • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as
  • Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all
  • Wearing the proper safety
  • Other duties assigned as needed.
