Customer Service Representative - East Valley

TITLE:  Customer Service Representative
STATUS:  Permanent, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
STARTING PAY:  Commensurate w/ Experience                                              Previous Fuel & Lubricants experience, is a Plus
REPORTS TO:  Sales Development and Marketing Manager

SUMMARY OBJECTIVES:  This position is responsible for inbound/outbound customer support calls for our cardlock, lubricant, and wholesale divisions.  Customer interaction will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone calls, email and fax communication. Customer interfacing includes requests for quotation, order placement, expediting or changes, proposal generation, writing orders, and communicating pertinent information proactively back to customers.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  The duties and responsibilities of the customer service representative include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact directly with customers by telephone, electronically, or face to face and respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Provide pricing, product, and delivery information upon request
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
  • Formulate resolution and response to customer issues
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to record customer interactions and actions taken
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Facilitate prospects through new account credit process
  • Compile daily pricing and transmit to commercial customers

Warehouse Associate – Phoenix

Ensures quality customer service to will-call customers. Responsible for accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and warehousing of lubricant products, both in bulk and packaged goods, with some repackaging of bulk products into drums and pails. Assists with accurate monthly inventory count.

Major Job Tasks
Processes shipping and receiving of bulk and packaged lubricant products. Pulls correct products for will-call customers or for loading onto trucks for delivery to customers.

  • Operates warehouse equipment in a safe and orderly manner in the loading, unloading, and stocking of lubricant products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Prior warehouse experience, as well as previous forklift experience, preferred

Fluid Services Technician – Phoenix

Qualifications or Skill Required:

  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Must be familiar with Spills Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC)
  • Must be trained and certified in confined space operations
  • Must have data entry skills and ability to utilize Microsoft Word and Excel software to produce and edit spreadsheets and communications
  • Must be skilled in the operation of light duty vehicles, trailers and forklifts
  • Develop a working knowledge of Senergy’s product and services offerings
  • Possess a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and proven record of dependability are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and become technically proficient in operation of all Fluid Services Equipment including:
    • Filtration Skids, pumps, motors, filter housings
    • Vacuum Dehydrators
    • Tank cleaning methods and devices
    • Varnish removal procedures and processes
    • Documentation of all service work
    • Work in a safe and profession manner in all tasks
    • Operate in an environmentally conscious manner
  • Assist the Equipment Department Manager by:
    • Ability to maintain and store Equipment Department inventory
    • Safely operate a propane or diesel forklift, loading, unloading equipment
    • Perform equipment troubleshooting and repair service calls as directed
    • Assist in cleaning and reconditioning tanks as directed
    • Capable of completing mechanical installations of fuel, lube and DEF equipment.
    • Assist as directed in the upkeep of company equipment such as nozzles, hoses, cam locks, pumps and meters
    • Accurately complete all internal paperwork and forms as required
    • Ability to test and maintain a stock of pumps, motors, meters, vents, etc. to be used on loaned or sold equipment
  • Assist in maintaining the accountability and serviceability of Fluid Services Equipment:
    • Maintain all filtering equipment in a clean and properly maintained condition
    • Maintain accurate accountability for Fluid Services equipment and inventory
    • Operate all filtering and motor vehicle equipment in a safe and responsible manner

Class A CDL Petroleum Transport Driver – Phoenix

Transport and/or Tankwagon Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of gasoline, diesel and other refined petroleum products to regional commercial customers. The Transport and/or Tankwagon Driver is responsible for all aspects of safely driving and operating a tank truck and trailer in compliance with all company safety standards, industry guidelines, and all relevant federal, state and local laws.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED; college, technical / trade school education is desired.
  • Current valid Commercial Driver’s License, with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required, Double/Triple endorsement a plus.
  • 2 years of professional truck driving experience, as well as experience related to petroleum trucking and loading and unloading petroleum, or similar relevant experience is strongly desired.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED; college, technical / trade school education is desired.
  • Current valid Commercial Driver’s License, with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required,
  • 2 years of professional truck driving experience, as well as experience related to petroleum trucking and loading and unloading petroleum, or similar relevant experience is strongly desired.
  • Clean driving record (not more than 3 violations and no DUI accidents in past 3 years).
